Employee Assistance Professionals (EAPs) are workplace behavior experts. Their clinical knowledge, critical incident management and organizational consultation skills play a valuable role in the successful management of troubling individuals and situations in the workplace. As part of a Situation or Threat Assessment Team, EAPs behavioral and intervention skills provide value added knowledge that plays a vital role in threat assessment and incident management. EAPs lend themselves effectively in both small and large business settings; your business does not have to be a giant corporation to obtain EAP services.TBD
